MARKUS FOHR
Markus was born in Boston, but grew up and lived his whole life in Finland, where he honed his original style of skiing at Talma Glacier. Markus can be found ripping up parks under the floodlights at Ruka or on urban missions well into the early hours of the morning. Manipulating the ski creatively and to it’s full potential, Markus has a style that mixes power and precision: he loves to send it huge and destroy landings but can also manual, butter and press the ski in ways that most riders find impossible.

Ski Style: Freestyle
Favourite Activity when not skiing: Riding a single speed bike in traffic + functional training. Anything that involves speed.
Favourite Meal: Any food that includes sauce, I love sauce. There can never be too much sauce.
Favourite Music when Skiing: Hip hop, R&B, Rock, Tecno, Deep-house. It depends what I'm doing.
