Marketing Internship – North America

The Company:  

The Full Stack Supply Co seeks an intern based in Denver, Colorado to work with our talented marketing team. 

FSSC is best known for our Faction Skis brand and The Faction Collective films which inspire millions of fans.  For 2019-20 we also launched the award-winning FW Apparel, an outerwear brand focused on those who seek performance and understated style.  We call it Gear for Alpine Living.  In addition, FSSC holds the global license for Roxy Skis. 

The role is key, as North America represents over a third of FSSC’s $10m+ sales and with 40%+ growth across 30 countries, we are building a lean, modern international business with ambitious talent and every role counts.   

The Role:  

We are looking for a rad intern to join the team in our new home: Denver, Colorado. You will gain experience in fan and retail partner marketing at the heart of the ski industry. You will be a part of the marketing team behind THIS IS HOME – our 2017-18 feature length film that had a hugely successful 300-stop world tour, captured millions of views and pulled new fans into The Faction Collective.

The internship focus will expand on the success of our This Is Home film tour. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated team player with excellent organizational, communications and project management skills.  

You will work with the global marketing team to plan and execute the film tour, while also implementing fan marketing campaigns and retail partners support.  

Key Skills & Personal Qualities: 

  • Reporting to NA Marketing Manager 
  • Proactive, reliable, able to work independently and take initiative 
  • Execute at a high-quality level, see projects through from start to finish 
  • Confident, presentable and strong communicator 
  • Microsoft Office Skills are vital, Adobe skills are a bonus 
  • Able to write creatively about skiing 

Role Responsibilities: 

PR + Media 

  • Monitor and keep track of clippings 
  • Assist with media requests and delivering samples 
  • Assist with drafting and distributing press releases 
  • Assisting press events and relations 


  • Planning and execution of Faction’s 1920 Film Tour (over 100 North American stops) 
  • Assisting with the production and delivery of marketing assets surrounding Faction’s 1920 Film  
  • Supporting with the organization, logistics and execution of trade shows, ski demos, consumer events 
  • Assisting with the communication and promotion of events, demos 

Social Media 

  • Monitor our social media channels and that of our athletes, responding to comments and gathering metrics for reporting 
  • Draft and schedule posts and content for our social media channels 
  • Assist in creative ideas for social media, including during events, film tours  


  • Assist with athlete communications and delivering product 
  • Assist with organization, logistics and support for film and photoshoots 

The Internship

  • August 1st - April 30th (some flexibility possible)
  • Full time
  • Based in Denver
