Lorraine’s road to becoming freeride world champion was unconventional to say the least. She didn’t start competing until her late twenties, after she had earned a master’s in business administration and set up the first freeride school in Austria. Over the following decade, she worked tirelessly on skiing big mountain lines with an effortless and smooth style, establishing herself as one of the technically strongest skiers on the Freeride World Tour. Now, Lorraine continues to build her big mountain reputation in front of the lens and has set her sights on ski mountaineering objectives both at home in the Alps as well as abroad.
