We regularly review the data we hold and delete anything we no longer need. Your data is only saved for as long as we need it for and will be deleted in a reasonable timeframe after it has served its purpose . This means, for as long as you have your account with us, or as long as it is needed to be able to provide our services to you. In the case of any contact with our Customer Service Team, we will keep your data for as long as necessary to help you with your query and for statistical/analytical purposes. These purposes may include reviewing data on returns, orders or warranties.

 

THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information you provide us with to operate, improve, customize, support and market our services. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. We share your information with third parties only insofar as it is in our legitimate interests and providing you with a quality customer experience. 

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to improve our website and market our services. Whilst group data may be used, we do not disclose any personally identifiable information.

We never use or share any personally identifiable information or data provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first providing an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such uses.

EMAILS 

You have the right to receive free information about the data we hold on you and how we process it. If you find that we hold inaccurate data on you, it is also your right to rectify this data.  You can update or change your subscription preferences via the Manage my preferences and Unsubscribe buttons in the footer of the emails you receive. Alternatively you can contact us using the form below requesting to review or delete it 

You may withdraw consent for us to process your data at any time, but this will not affect the lawfulness of any data processing carried out on the basis of your consent before it was withdrawn.

You also have the right to stop receiving emails, which you can opt out of at the footer of every email that comes through. However if you do opt out of our marketing emails we will still send you emails relating to any orders, for example order confirmation and order tracking information.

If you would like to receive our newsletter, you can subscribe on our website or at the checkout. We will only send you marketing updates via email if you explicitly agreed to this. This is to keep you updated on what we’re up to, latest on products, releases and exclusive video edits (all the good stuff!). You can update your preferences whenever you want at the bottom of every email that comes through. Once unsubscribed, your email will be removed almost immediately - but please allow 48 hours for this change to take place.

We may also send you reminders that you have left items in your cart, without finishing the checkout process.  These emails are only sent in relation to your abandoned checkout and your email is not added to our marketing database.  By entering your email at the checkout you agree to us warning you that you have not completed your order.

Whilst on our website you may see a message from us through live-chat. We offer this feature to help you choose the right products and give you advice. When you use this feature, we can see what pages you are viewing and an estimate of your location from your IP address.

By seeing what pages you’re looking at we can help answer specific questions about the content you are viewing. The estimate of your location allows us to reply in the right language and let you know about local events and your closest store.

We can also see your past interactions to help us get up to speed with any ongoing queries.

We share your data with the following categories of companies to be able to provide our services to you:
